[important notice] blind review arrangement for 2021 master's degree thesis

Grade 2018 (including previous years) Master's thesis blind review will end at  23:59, January 1, 2021 (the 17th week, Thursday). Please be sure to upload the blind review format papers before this time node. Students who submit more than this time point will be subject to compulsory blind review by the college. If it is not submitted within the above time, it may affect the degree applications in March 2021. Please note.

The master's degree thesis evaluation school adopts blind random review + two open thesis review, while the college adopts blind random examination. Please be sure to control the quality of the paper and finish the paper as soon as possible.

The specific process is as follows:

1.     Master students upload their dissertations in the blind version after being reviewed by their supervisors, and submit the two materials: (1) the copy of the first page of published papers; (2) the appendix "examination and approval form for blind examination and defense of master's degree thesis of Electric Power Institute" is signed and handed over to the degree Secretary of each department.

2. The degree secretaries of all departments of the Institute of electric power keep the "examination and approval form for blind examination and defense of master's degree thesis of Electric Power Institute". After reviewing the publication of the thesis, he is responsible for duplicate checking and uploading the duplicate checking results, and the results are approved.

3. After the information system initializes the information of the open trial directly (about one working day), the defense secretary system can send the information to the public hearing.

4. The graduate school will conduct blind examination on the master's degree thesis of the blind version approved by the college, and feedback the list of the selected blind review to the College (this is the blind examination at the school level).

5. If the reply Secretary sends it to the public for examination, and the result is returned and passed, it can be applied for the dissertation defense, which is not related to whether the blind examination result is returned or not.

6. Before the oral defense, the college carries out blind examination on the master's degree thesis applied for defense according to a certain proportion and rules. The thesis is selected by the college for college level blind examination, which does not affect the process of the student's open examination and application for defense;

For students who exceed the deadline for submission of blind papers at 23:59 on January 1, 2021, the college will conduct compulsory blind review. (this is hospital level blind sampling).

7. The dissertations with blind trial objection shall be reconsidered according to the procedure of the second academic department.

Conclusion: the University and the college will simultaneously carry out random inspection on the uploaded reprinted theses according to a certain proportion and rules (the college will conduct compulsory blind review on the dissertations uploaded after January 1). Unqualified papers will be handled according to the evaluation method of master's thesis of the college. Please ensure the quality of the thesis.

At the same time, schools and colleges will carry out random inspection on the uploaded reprinted papers. If they fail to pass the random inspection, they will be severely punished. Please strictly ensure the quality of the papers and strictly prohibit academic fraud such as plagiarism, trading and copying on behalf of others!
