September 25 in the afternoon, SEIEE held mass line educational practice activities especially for professors and young teachers successfully in 3-208 .Dean Mao Junfa, party secretary Su Yuezeng, deputy party secretary Mo Guangcheng and old professors professional teachers and representatives of agencies from  each department attended the meeting. Party Secretary Su Yuezeng conveyed the spirit of party mass line educational practice and chaired the forum.

Then he described the subject of this forum and hoped the participants to speak actively， point out the problem directly and say their voice to help school leadership to identify the problem, and take targeted corrective actions combined with the actual development of school reform to improve the effect of mass line effectiveness of educational activities.

The teacher representative spoke up eagerly and shared their views on the current problems that faculty members are most looking forward to, the concentration of problems that faculty members reflect highest to the leading cadres and how to work in the implementation of the objectives and tasks of the school year while promoting reform and plan development such issues. Meanwhile ,they combined with their own research, teaching and front-line student work experience and voicing their opinions about the problems in the process of promoting the electric discipline system and mechanism reform, improving the level of teaching and research and advancing  teachers team and discipline construction . Also they made many pertinent comments and constructive suggestions.
