The whole successful space mission of China's spacecraft Shenzhou-8 was made visible. The ultra-short wave broadband data communication system based on the ADTB-T technology which was independently developed by SJTU and the National Engineering Research Center of Digital Television (NERC DTV) played a key role in enabling the visualization. The system with its various functions of long-distance live video sharing, audio dispatching, hotline calls, commanding and controlling, and digital transmission completed a successful rescue for this mission. It has made another contribution to China's manned space flight.
